Global FC[]
2009–2011[]

When the club joined the United Football League in 2009, they initially used a simple blue shield as their crest. The element of the shield is a globe with lines but no geographical details with the words "Global FC" in maroon at inscribed along its equator
2011–2012[]

The club added yellow to the crest in 2011 and moved the name of the club on top of the yellow globe now with landmass in blue showing the Americas, Africa and Europe. The globe also suggest a traditional football. The year of the club's foundation is written at the bottom of the globe.
2012–2017[]

In 2012 the yellow borders of the club was simplified. Within the shield is another yellow-bordered circular shield. At the center of the shield is the globe, virtually the same as from the previous logo. At the top of the globe but still within the circular shield is the text "Global" at the left and right side of the globe are two small footballs. At the bottom of the globe is the text "Football Club".
Global Cebu FC[]
2017–present[]

When the club changed its name to Global Cebu FC upon joining the inaugural Philippines Football League, Global changed its crest to reflect the name change. The circular shield was scrapped and the globe now shows the Far East instead of the Atlantic with the Philippine archipelago made larger than usual to emphasize the club's identity as a Filipino club. The globe is superimposed by a banner with the text "Cebu", the club's home province. Three yellow stars where added above the shield.
