For the first time in 19 years, the stylized G was removed from the Golf Channel logo. This logo was revealed in late 2013 and launched on-air on May 5, 2014. The logo conveys a more apparent focus on the NBC Sports branding. Since then, it's sometimes referred to as "NBC Golf Channel".
