On January 1, 2015, after the inauguration of the 3rd term of the then Governor Paulo Hartung, the Capixaba Public Prosecutor's Office asked for the end of the use of the management logo and demanded the use of the official coat of arms in the state and in the prefectures of 42 municipalities, including the capital Vitória.
