Grab is an Singapore-based Southeast Asian transport sharing app which was launched last 2011. Grab offers modes of transport like private car services (GrabCar), motorcycle taxis (GrabBike), and helicopter rides (GrabHeli). It also accepts food (GrabFood), package and parcel delivery (GrabExpress).[1] It is mainly competed with another ride-hailing service based in Indonesia, Gojek.

GrabTaxi renamed as Grab on January 28, 2016. The font of the logo is in Nordique Pro Inline. In March of 2018, Grab merged with Uber's Southeast Asian operations, giving Grab the control of Uber's assets and operations and the Uber Eats brand.[2] In exchange, Uber acquired a 28% stake in Grab.[3]
2019–present
In 2019, the wordmark and color was slightly tweaked.
