This was the late John Hughes' second and short-lived production company, following Hughes Entertainment. It only appeared on two films, 101 Dalmatians (Live Action) and Flubber, both owned by Walt Disney Pictures, and both released on a Thanksgiving holiday, the former in 1996, and the latter in 1997. If one is to be picky, the leaf-and-acorn symbol is a coincidence.
