When Great Wolf Lodge (a resort and indoor water park in several different areas in the USA) was founded in 1997 and opened its first location in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, it was called Black Wolf Lodge.

In 2008, the logo now appears stacked. Removing the wolf on the logo and replacing it with a paw print.
A square is added.
This logo is seen still on older Great Wolf Lodges that were built before the logo change.

In April 2022, Great Wolf Lodge changed their logo. The font appears to look different as well as the background.

In 2001, another resort owned by the same company opened in Sandusky, Ohio. It would continue carrying the name Great Bear Lodge until Memorial Day 2004 when it rebranded into Great Wolf Lodge.
