This new logo was launched shortly after its acquisition by Jollibee Foods Corporation the previous year.

In 2000, Greenwich launched a completely new look, consisting a square with a lowercase "G" on it and Greenwich's name below, enclosed in a rectangle. The "Pizza and Pasta" name was also dropped.

In 2003, the logo was modified with a darker color scheme, the "G" being rotated, and a modified Greenwich text. It came with a new slogan, "Sa Totoo Lang, Masarap!", replaced later by "Sarap Ka-Greenwich" a year later. In 2007, a new slogan was introduced: "Discover Delicious."

2008–2016

The logo was again modified in 2008, with the rectangle changing its color from dark pink to red and the square being moved to the left and having a new shade of green. It also brought back the "Pizza and Pasta" name after a 9-year absence until 2016.

In December 2016, the rectangle replaced the red color for grey, and the "Pizza and Pasta" name was dropped again.
