Grupa Polsat Plus is a Polish diversified conglomerate with television broadcast, telecommunications and financial businesses. Founded as Market S.A. in 1996, it was renamed to Polsat Cyfrowy (also the brand used by its satellite TV platform) in 2001 and Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. on June 24, 2004. It began doing business as Grupa Polsat Plus on June 10th, 2021, named after its two flagship properties: Polsat, the largest Polish commercial TV broadcaster, and Plus, a mobile network operator.

On June 10, 2021, Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. began doing business as Grupa Polsat Plus and revealed new logos for Polsat and Plus. However, it was not officially launched until September 1, 2021, along with the TV platform (also previously known as Cyfrowy Polsat) renamed to Polsat Box.
