HP Compaq was Hewlett-Packard's family of business desktops and laptops. It was introduced on May 21, 2003,[1] with the Compaq merger and the rebranding of the Evo series of business desktops and laptops to the aforementioned name.

The HP Compaq branding was phased out in 2013, when the Compaq brand of budget consumer desktops was discontinued, and the business desktop and laptop families were rebranded as the Pro and Elite series.
