Happy TV is one of Serbia's four major private commercial television channels, presently owned by Invej. Originally conceived as a children's television channel in 2002, the channel became more generalist in 2010 and primarily focused on reality shows especially from 2015 to 2021, which is when they stopped.
The channel merged with TV Košava on September 27, 2010, which is what it timeshared with before that date. The erstwhile logo of the children's channel was retained with the flower being replaced with a smiley face emoticon.

An unused logo was unveiled on November 19, 2015. However, it was only seen on a poster detailing a new programming schedule.
