Hard Rock Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States. The stadium is the home field for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL) and the Miami Hurricanes, the University of Miami's NCAA Division I college football team. It was formerly the home of the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1993 to 2011.
The facility opened in 1987 as Joe Robbie Stadium and has been known by a number of names since. In August 2016, the naming rights went to Hard Rock Cafe Inc. for $250 million over 18 years; they will retain the naming rights until 2034
