Heraldo Televisión, fomerly La Octava, is a TV station created by Francisco Aguirre Gómez from Grupo Radio Centro, giving a the XHFAM callsign. It was founded on 18 of December 2017, and began broadcasting on 31 October 2019 in Mexico City.

Consists a green octagon ring with eight patterns, and the black wordmark has been gathered as a one single word. The letter "O" is an octagon ring, while the letter "V" is a green symbolizing as Channel 8.

On 13 June 2022 at Midnight (CDT), Grupo Radio Centro sold its TV channel to Heraldo Media Group which owned the concession of Excélsior Televisión for two years in 2020.
