Homann

In 1989, Unilever acquired the remaining 50 percent of Homann, before selling it to Gilde Investment Management in 1999. It was in turn sold again to Henderson Private Capital in 2004.

Homann was later acquired by Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller. In 2021, Müller sold the Homann deli salads arm to Signature Foods, retaining the sauces and dressings business only.
