The Home Depot brand was introduced in Chile in 1997, as a joint-venture with Falabella who took 33% of shares.
Home Store[]
2001-2003[]

In October 2001, Falabella bought the Home Depot's share and rebrand the stores into Home Store. In 2003 Falabella merged with Sodimac and the Home Store brand was dropped.
