In 2010, it was announced that La Red would close its press area for the second time. However, a few months later, it was partially re-opened with the news program Noticias en La Red (not to be confused with the 1991 newscast).

In 2011, La Red launched a new newscast, Hora 20, fully re-opening its press area. However, it would close again in 2015 for a third time.
After the end of Hora 20, La Red would partially re-open its press area with Punto Noticias (not to be confused with the 1993 newscast), which lasted until 2020, when it was canceled "until new notice" due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, its press area was re-opened again with La RedAcciĆ³n.
