Hormel Foods Corporation, also known as Hormel Foods (formerly George A. Hormel and Company), is an American meat processing and packing company, founded in 1891 by George A. Hormel in Austin, Minnesota, where it is still headquartered. It serves as the manufacturer and distributor of Hormel brand food products.
