The Hudson's Bay Company (HBC) is a Canadian retail business group established in 1670. A fur trading business for much of its existence, it became the largest and oldest corporation in Canada, and currently owns and operates retail stores across the country.

On September 20, 1965, the Hudson's Bay Company unveiled a new look for itself, its eponymous department store chain, and Morgan's, designed by Lippincott & Margulies of New York.
