On March 12, 2015, ITV plc acquired Talpa Media from its former parent Talpa Network (formerly Talpa Media Holding) and now operates separately as a subsidiary of ITV Studios. However, the Talpa name was retained until January 2020, when the brand was retired and absorbed by ITV Studios Netherlands.
