Westcountry TV took over from TSW on January 1, 1993.
Carlton Westcountry
1999–2003
In September 1999, Westcountry Television adopted the on-screen branding Carlton after its parent company.
The Westcountry name did however remain for certain purposes, such as regional news. After ITV plc was formed in 2004, the Carlton name was no longer used at all.
