This logo was also used by CBC from 1940 to 1958.

1958–1974

This logo, with the company names reversed (with the CBC name on top), was also used by CBC Television during the same time period that it was used by Télévision de Radio-Canada.

1966–1974

Used at the beginning of programs broadcast in color.

1974–1985

This logo debuted on December 9, 1974, and it is known as "The Gem", or often called "The Exploding Pizza". It was used until December 31, 1985.
