Indigenous Community Television (ICTV) began broadcasting in 2002 and was originally available on the Optus Aurora satellite service and via Imparja's analogue terrestrial transmitter network. The channel ceased transmission on July 12, 2007. ICTV was later revived on November 13, 2009 as a part-time broadcast on VAST channel Westlink. ICTV was awarded its own license on May 28, 2012 and is now available on VAST channel 601. The channel originated in 2001 as Imparja Info Channel (Channel 31).

On 5 April 2017, ICTV begins transmission in Alice Springs on digital channel 41 after being awarded a digital terrestrial free-to-air license.
