1989–1995[]
Inside the NBA debuted on television on November 4th, 1989 for TBS and TNT, as a half time and post game show covering NBA games. The logo has the NBA logo vertically on the left, with the words "INSIDE THE NBA" rendered in large, stylized silver and white text, highlighted by a horizontal red band behind the word "THE". This logo was used for televised NBA games from 1989 to 1995.
1995–2005[]
The logo was redesigned in 1995 with the design changing into a bold, split-color rectangular emblem, with "INSIDE" prominently displayed in white text across a blue and red background, using the NBA logoman as the 'I' in 'INSIDE', and "THE NBA" set in a simple black font. It was used for televised games on TBS from 1996 to 2002, and TNT from 1995 to 2005, with TNT taking over televising rights solely after 2002.
2005–2013[]
2005–2009[]
In 2005, the TNT logo in red and black with white text was added to the Inside the NBA logo on the bottom. The logo's red and blue colors were made darker and inverting the bottom half with white text against a black backdrop, with rounded off corners. It was used for televised games from 2005 to 2009.
2009–2012[]
In 2009, the TNT logo was updated to have a high contrast gold ringed design. It was used for televised games from 2009 to 2012.
2012–2013[]
The TNT logo was changed again to a flat white ringed design in 2012. It was used for televised games from 2012 to 2013.
2013–2025[]
2013–2016[]
The logo was completely redesigned in 2013, reframing within a metallic-look, silver-edged shield surrounding it. It was used for televised games from 2013 to 2016.
2016–2025[]
The logo was updated in 2017 with the redesigned TNT logo with a smooth, glossy silver effect. It was used for televised games from 2017 to 2025 with the conclusion of Game 6 of the NBA Conference Finals on May 31st, 2025. It would also conclude Inside the NBA's run on TNT, with ABC licensing the show and taking over broadcasting rights for the 2025-2026 NBA season.

Starting in the 2025–26 season, as part of a sub-licensing agreement between The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Discovery, Inside the NBA will move to ESPN and ABC. TNT Sports will continue to produce the program. The logo was slightly tweaked, removing the metallic sheen, a white shield, using flat colors reminiscent of the 1995 to 2005 logo, and the ESPN logo placed on the bottom. The logo debuted on October 22nd, 2025 for the 2025-2026 NBA season televised on ESPN.
