InstantAction, part of InterActiveCorp was originally created from its takeover of Marble Blast Gold creator GarageGames in 2007 (becoming TorquePowered), and officially rolled out in early 2008. This gaming site was home to the official PC version of Marble Blast Ultra, called Marble Blast Online. By late 2010, the site ceased to exist, as it declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, though when Graham Software Development started confirming the new rights to the Torque Game Engine, the GarageGames name and logo were restored, with the exception for all of its games, as IAC still holds those rights, even today, which in turn, led to the removal of many of GarageGames' games from online game stores.
