Investigation Discovery is a TV channel in India run by Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific. It was launched in 2014, then was renamed to Discovery Jeet in February 2018 and repositioned as a Hindi general entertainment channel with original shows, but shortly thereafter started showing American lifestyle shows dubbed into Hindi instead. After a second renaming in 2019 to Jeet Prime, the channel returned to its original name in January 2020.

Investigation Discovery (first era)
The Indian feed of Investigation Discovery (commonly known as ID), available only in Hindi and not English, was launched on 15 November 2014 by Discovery Networks. It mainly focused on crime shows dubbed into Hindi.
The logo was changed slightly in 2017.
February–March 2018ID was rebranded to Discovery Jeet on 12 February 2018. An HD feed was also launched on the same day.
The word Discovery was shrunk and the word Jeet enlarged.
Until 31 May 2018 Discovery Jeet had original Hindi programming with locally-produced TV serials, but from June it scrapped them in favour of Investigation Discovery crime shows dubbed into Hindi; in October, these were replaced by TLC lifestyle shows dubbed into Hindi.
On 12 October 2018, the logo colour was changed to violet, and a new graphics package was introduced.
On 1 February 2019, the channel changed its logo yet again, as well as its name to Jeet Prime, and started showing American TLC lifestyle and food shows dubbed into Hindi. An English feed had been introduced some time before, as well as Tamil and Telugu feeds that were later discontinued.
Investigation Discovery (second era)
Jeet Prime was renamed back to Investigation Discovery on 13 January 2020.
