The Israeli Educational Television (also known as IETV, הטלוויזיה החינוכית הישראלית, HaŦelevizia HaKhinuchít HaIsraelit or just חינוכית - Hinuchit) was a state-owned public terrestrial television network which used to concentrate on producing and broadcasting programs for school children.

IETV programmes were broadcast on terrestrial Channel 23, which was also available on the HOT cable TV and Yes satellite systems, 24 hours a day (midnight-8am are re-runs). The station also shared airtime on the frequencies of Channels 1 and 2.

In 2017, Hinuchit programmes stopped airing on Channel 1 after being replaced by Kan 11 and on Channel 2 after getting split into Keshet 12 and Reshet 13. The channel remained on channel 23 until being replaced by Kan Hinuchit (from the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation) on 15 August 2018.
