It's Showtime was premiered as Showtime in October 24, 2009 on ABS-CBN as a talent competition show. Despite that the show was renamed as It's Showtime on February 6, 2012, this logo and "Showtime" name is still used inside the show's studios located within the network's headquarters.

2012–2022[]
In February 6, 2012, Showtime was rebranded to It's Showtime, evolving from a talent competition to a noontime variety program. The title logo still uses the 2009 Showtime logo, but the "I", "T", and "S" mascots were added. Along with the 2009 logo, this logo is still used inside ABS-CBN headquarters.

2014–2020[]
The 2009 Showtime logo is multicolored except for the golden star, representing television color bars (to accommodate ABS-CBN's 61st anniversary). This logo was only used every October for the program's month-long anniversary between 2014 and 2020. Its usage was stopped following the resignation of Bobet Vidanes, the show's original director.
2022–present[]
The title logo was modified for the program's broadcast on TV5 from July 16, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and later on GTV, GMA, and ALLTV from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, April 6, 2024 and June 17, 2024 onwards respectively. The background was changed, and three more stars were added to the 2009 Showtime logo (which are in the same row as the "I", "T", and "S" mascots) now totalling to four stars, while the three are in red, green, and blue which are the respective colors of ABS-CBN.
