Founded in 1993 in Bratislava, J&T is a Slovak-headquartered Central European investment group and diversified conglomerate that has interests in financial services, energy, real estate, health care, media and sports, especially in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Its primary businesses are in finance and asset management, and it operates banks such as J&T Banka and Poštová banka. It is also the owner of the Slovak media group JOJ Media House and the broadcaster Televízia JOJ.
