Manila All-Japan FC[]
2009–2015[]

As Manila All-Japan FC, the club used a crest which features a blue horse on top of a red circle which probably signified the Japanese-links of the club. On top of the horse are the initials of the club "MAJ". The elements are within a yellow oval with a black border.
JP Voltes FC[]
2015–2017[]

When the club changed its name to JP Voltes FC, it changed its logo into a purple-dominant crest. The shield had yellow borders which had a pink cross on it which in turn had a "T" shape superimposing the pink cross. At the top of the "T" shape element are the initials of the club "JPV". Above the purple shield is a simple three pointed yellow crown.
