Jester Media Services (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean media company founded on 26 May 1993. It was owned by Modus Publications, a subsidiary of the newspaper publisher Associated Newspapers of Zimbabwe (ANZ), the owner of the newspapers Daily News and The Financial Gazette, itself owned by the businessman Gideon Gono. The name of the company is the portmanteau of the Goko's husband and wife Jethro and Esther Goko who owned the company with the percentage of 76% and 24%, respectively. It was also a subsidiary of Meditation Investments, owned by Strive Masiyiwa, who also owned the cell phone provider Econet and the pan-African telecom company Liquid Intelligent Technologies. The company owned the television channel 3Ktv, which was officially launched on 28 February 2022.
