Jornal Nacional (abbreviated JN) is TV Globo's flagship newscast, broadcast since 1969. It is the longest-running newscast of the channel.

Jornal Nacional was born on April 26th 1965 as Tele Globo, alongside the channel. Its logo consisted on the name written on the Trajan Font (which was also used on the logo wordmark). It ended on September 4th 1966 and was replaced by the first phase of Jornal da Globo.
