K-VISION

K-Vision is a satellite television service launched in 2014 by Kompas Gramedia to broadcast 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

In 2018, K-Vision spun off from Kompas Gramedia and became an independent company until July 2019, when MNC Corporation through its subsidiary, MNC Vision Networks acquired 60% stakes of K-Vision. In 2021, K-Vision became a wholly-owned subsidiary of MVN.
