KBM International was a Serbian television broadcasting company. Originally a television channel that broadcast with no stringent schedule or programming focus as a Belgrade-wide station from 1999 to 2002, it later became the entity that would oversee the broadcasts of Happy TV which is what it was replaced with on 14 June 2002. After the channel turned into a programming block of the newer, 24/7 Happy TV, the company changed its legal name to Happy K doo.
