Logo is the same as the above 2003, but by 2015 it was branded as "CBS 4 (Valley)".
On January 27, 2020, Sinclair announced that it would sell WDKY-TV in Lexington, KY and the non-license assets of KGBT to Nexstar Media Group as part of a settlement between the two companies over Sinclair's failed acquisition of Tribune Media, which was ultimately acquired by Nexstar. As a result of this, KVEO-TV took over the CBS affiliation on 23.2, thus bringing an end to the station’s affiliation with CBS after 66 years. This logo continues to be used on the aforementioned KVEO-TV subchannel.
2021–2022[]
On September 15, KGBT's 4.1 signal was reactivated, carrying Antenna TV alongside MyNetworkTV programming.
