KIDZ, previously stylised as yes KidZ and KidZ, is an Israeli Hebrew-language TV channel for children, with a large proportion of the programming being for teenagers.
In November 2016, Noga Communications, which runs the Children’s Channel, entered into a dispute with satellite pay-TV operator Yes; Yes removed the Children’s Channel on 1 January 2017 and replaced it by yes KidZ on channel 90. Exactly a year later, on 1 January 2018, cable TV operator HOT followed suit by removing the Children’s Channel and replacing it by KidZ on channel 80 (the channel had renamed itself from yes KidZ as it was no longer exclusive to Yes).
Some programs on KIDZ are exclusive to Yes subscribers, while others are exclusive to HOT.
