In 2013, the station changed its call letters to KLRA-CD; in addition to swapping call letters, the station also swapped affiliations with the predecessor KLRA-CD (on UHF channel 30), which adopted the KKYK-CD calls and became a Soul of the Soul affiliate, while the new KLRA-CD became a Univision affiliate.
