1983–1992

In 1988, KPDX picked up the Fox affiliation after KPTV dropped it due to its initial weak program offerings and ratings that were affecting its existing lineup.

If you look closely, you may notice that the "49" resembles a smiling face looking to the left.

1999–2002

2002–2006

On September 2, 2002, the station became a UPN affiliate, after Fox programming moved back to original affiliate KPTV.

2006–2008

2008–2018

2018–present

In February 2018, KPDX's local programming has been branded as Fox 12 Plus, an extension of the branding used by its sister station, Fox 12 Oregon (KPTV, channel 12).
