In August 1995, the station changed its call letters to KSHV-TV and became the Shreveport–Texarkana affiliate of UPN. KSHV added a secondary affiliation with The WB in July 1996.
2001–2006[]
KSHV switched its primary affiliation to The WB and its secondary affiliation to UPN in January 2001; by this point, the station (which, since the addition of the WB affiliation, had aired the designated secondary network feed on a two-hour tape delay) aired WB programs from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and UPN programs from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. weeknights.
