KTBC FOX

After Fox network owner News Corp made a substantial investment in New World Communications, KTBC's owner at the time, the station converted from CBS to Fox on July 1, 1995, swapping affiliations with KBVO (channel 42), which became KEYE. Two years later, in 1997, News Corp would purchase the remainder of New World that it didn't already own, and KTBC became a full Fox O&O.

KTBC Fox 7

This logo branding, first seen on WTVT and is currently in use by most of the Fox O&Os as well as some Fox affiliates owned by different companies other than Fox, is based on the Fox News logo; with their website names ("myfox(city name).com") based off of the domain for the social network Myspace, which was briefly owned Fox's then parent company the old News Corporation (now 21st Century Fox).
