During this logo's run, KULX, KTMW, KEJT and KULU as well as Serestar's station in Sacramento, California were sold to NBCUniversal in 2019. NBCU operated KEJT under a time brokerage agreement with Serestar. (which was terminated that same year) KEJT was the second station in the Utah market to be owned by NBCUniversal after then-NBC affiliate, KUTV. ((channel 2, now a CBS affiliate) which NBC owned a majority stake from 1994 to 1995, the station was sold alonside KCNC-TV in Denver, Colorado to CBS in 1995, the station has been sold to Four Points Media Group in 2006 which was acquired by the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2012)
