Kanal 7 is a Russian-language TV channel in Estonia that was launched as Duo 7 on 1 July 2021 by Duo Media Networks, a subsidiary of the Estonian media company Postimees Grupp. A similar Russian-language TV channel in Estonia is called ETV+. In Latvia, the channel launched on 1 September 2021 on the news-operated TVNET.
