In June 2007, Kandia-Excelent was sold to Cadbury Schweppes, thus becoming Cadbury Romania.
Kandia Dulce[]

On April 11, 2010, Kraft Foods sold Cadbury Romania once again, now renaming itself to Kandia Dulce.
In 2011, Kandia Dulce acquired Supreme Group, adding Primola, Papi and Ulpio to its portofolio.
