The Kapamilya Channel is a cable and satellite television channel owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. It began broadcasting on June 13, 2020 through SkyCable, Sky Direct, Destiny Cable, Cablelink, GSat and various cable operators who are mostly members of the Philippine Cable Television Association.

The channel was launched when ABS-CBN was shut down via the cease and desist order by the National Telecommunications Comission (NTC); hence, most of the programs on the channel were part of the ABS-CBN lineup, prior to the network's closure, allowing ABS-CBN Corporation to continue producing and distributing content since the NTC's cease and desist order for ABS-CBN only covers Channel 2 and its other free-to-air television and radio stations.
Break Bumper. It can be seen after the title card that shows when the program pauses like with the 2014–2020 ABS-CBN break bumper from late 2014 until May 5, 2020 and also 3 seconds longer than the break bumper used by the main terrestrial ABS-CBN network.
