Kazakhtelecom is a state-owned telecommunications company in Kazakhstan that operates using three consumer brands: Kcell (acquired from Telia Company in 2018 along with its sub-brand Activ), Tele2 (acquired from Tele2 AB in 2019) and Altel (the original Kazakhtelecom brand).
