In mid-January 2008, Kellogg's acquired the United Bakers company for approximately $80-150 million. Since then, United Bakers is currently known as Kellogg's Russia. In 2022, the logo was removed from the cereal packaging.

Formerly used as a corporate logo and on the Russian website.
In December 2022, the Kellogg's company announced their plans to sell their Russian subsidiary to Chernogolovka (Aqualife) after 14 years of business[2]. In 2023, the acquisition was completed, with the subsidiary's ownership being transferred to Aqualife[3].
