On May 1, 2003, Konami OSA merged with Konami Computer Entertainment Studios (Konami STUDIO), and renamed to the latter's name on June 18.

On April 1, 2005, Konami merged its subsidiaries, including Konami STUDIO, Konami Computer Entertainment Japan and Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo; on March 31, 2006, Konami's video game divisions were spun-off into Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd.
