After receiving an 8-month trial licence in 1992, LINC TV Lismore was launched in September 1993 on UHF-68. In 1994, the station was given a grant by Southern Cross University and a permanent licence. After losing funding, the station closed in 1999. The callsign stood for Local Informative Network Community Television.

2000–2002

LINC TV 2001

After constructing a new tower in Tullera in August 2000, the station reopened in October. From January to mid-November 2001, the station was off-air after their new transmitter was damaged.

2003–2009

LINC TV 2003

Because extensive upgrades were needed and the fact that operating the station needed a large amount of time and money, the station went off-air again on 18 August 2003. Test patterns commenced on July 2004 with full-time transmission returning in September 2004. In March 2006, LINC TV posted a submission to the government into the possibility of its broadcasts being carried by a regional TV network on digital television.

2009–2012

After failing to renew their contract for digital broadcasting or finding a regional network that would carry them, the station closed in 2012.
