1969-1970 (Pre-Launch)

VAS Logo

In 1969, the car was launched as its first soviet car, but it only created 3 cars from 1969-1970.

Lada

1970-1974

In 1970, VAS was rebranded as Lada. All the VAZ cars we're successfully rebranded into Lada cars in about a few months or later. The car first made under the brand name for it was the Lada ВАЗ-2101, which they used the Italian car Fiat 124 for its own the first car ever made in Lada.

1974-1985

The logo became a rectangle for once, but the previous logo was still in use on cars until 1977, The first car to feature this logo was the Lada ВАЗ-2103.

1985-1993

Lada 1985

In 1985, the logo became silver. The 1974 logo is still in use on cars until 1989, before the Soviet Union disbands in about 2 years. The first car to feature this logo was the Lada ВАЗ-2104.

1993-2002

Lada-sb-logo

In 1993, the logo became an oval from all Russian cars except Russian cars from 1987-1993. The 1985 logo was still used on cars until 1997. The first car to feature this logo was the Lada ВАЗ-21099.

2002-2015

Lada 2002

In 2002, the logo was updated. The previous logo was still used on cars until 2005. The first car to feature this logo was the Lada-21123.

2015-present

During Lada's 45th birthday in 2015, the logo was changed differently. The previous logo would still be used in existing cars until 2015 in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. The first car was produced with the new logo was Lada Vesta, and after it's Lada Vesta production, current Lada cars in about 5 years ago or older were most likely to be produced with the new logo after all.
