2018-present
On February 25, 2018, The Weinstein Company filed for bankruptcy after talks for a buyout were collapsed.
It was later renamed Lantern Entertainment.
Note
Although Weinstein is an overall independent studio, it didn't always release its titles on its own. It once had a distribution deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, but during theatrical releases only, as Weinstein fully owns those titles on video. Template:The Weinstein Company
