This logo was adopted for use on both Lawry's The Prime Rib restaurants and their growing Lawry’s Foods division. In 1979, Lawry's The Prime Rib sold their foods division to Lipton/Unilever. Despite the now unrelated seasonings brand modifying their logo in 2004, the restaurant chain continues to use the 1960 L symbol.
