Clean up

The page needs cleaning up, both in spelling and grammar. -- [[ axg ◉ talk ]] 23:36, January 30, 2013 (UTC)

Also, it uses caps lock way too much. I don't see how we can ban under 13's if these guidelines look like try we're written by a 8 year old (which I suspect they were). Also, I think warning messages on user pages, before a block (except in extreme cases) would make Logopedia a lot friendlier. Finally, although we should link to this page, we really don't need huge itimidating red text at the op of the main page. Of course it's not up to me, but I just thought I'd give my opinion. 3 strikes and you're out is Wikipedia's preferred policy. Plus maybe some warning templates would be nice. -- [[ axg ◉ talk ]] 23:49, January 30, 2013 (UTC)

Warning Templates? Well, we do have BlockNotice for when we ban someone. You mean something similar to that, to be used BEFORE we resort to blocking, Lachlan?  Digifiend  Talk  PR/SS  KR  MH  Toku  JD  Garo  TH  CG  UM  Logos  CLG  DW  02:17,31/1/2013
Also, I just removed the red colour and moved the rules message to just above the Editing Guidelines link.  Digifiend  Talk  PR/SS  KR  MH  Toku  JD  Garo  TH  CG  UM  Logos  CLG  DW  02:21,31/1/2013
Yeah - Often people are not knowing that what they're doing is wrong. Of course, things like uploading adult pictures are would still get an immediate block, as the person would know that is wrong.
Also, I really don't see the point of having an age restriction: How are you ment to enforce that? What harm is there in letting under-13's sign up? If Wikia have a problem with it, isn't that their job to enforce it?Lachlan5963.png 17:35, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
